Meet Bishop Walter Harvey

Born in a community with the highest rates of incarceration, poverty, and unemployment in the entire country, Bishop Harvey could have been a statistic — another prisoner, another drug addict, another young man gone too soon. His mothers prayers and the power of God transformed his life. He answered Gods call to ministry and has served faithfully for more than 35 years.
